Measure the total width of the shoulders from left to right.

Sleeve

Measure whole length of arm.

Chest

Measure around the chest, approximately 5cm (2 Inches) below the armhole.

Body Length

Measure from the neckline down the centre of the body.

Waist

Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.

Hip & Seat

Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.

Inseam

Without shoes; measure on inside of leg from the ground to the floor.
