What should I do if I receive a damaged item(s)? If you receive an item that is damaged, please send a picture of the garment and contact us immediately. You can also email us using: info@bellemere.com.  
What should I do if I want to return or exchange my order(s)?

We hope that you  love what you ordered from BELLEMERE. However in case you prefer to return or exchange your item(s), please contact us to request a return authorisation.

What is BELLEMERE's return policy?

We provide WORLDWIDE returns:

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into the original bag.
  • Once your return was received in our warehouse, the refund process will commence and may take up to 7-10 days. Eventually the refund will be issued in the form of which payment was received
  • Gift cards are final sale.
  • Shipping charges may apply and are non-refundable.
  • BELLEMERE does not reimburse taxes and duties. You may contact your local customs department for reimbursement.

 NOTE: We strongly advise you to keep your return tracking number while awaiting for your refund confirmation. 

If I return my order, do I also have to return the free grift? 

Yes, gifts with purchase are not eligible for exchange. If returning your order, gifts must be returned as well.

I received an item from BELLEMERE as a gift from a friend/family member. I would like to return it. What are my options?

If you wish to return a gift, you will be asked about the order number and your email so that we can send you a gift card for the total value of the return. With that gift card you can make new purchases at BELLEMERE.
