Checklist before purchase:
- Compare your measurements with our size sizes chart
- Check all pictures and videos with zoom function, showing texture and knitting style
- Read details of products
- Check Parameter provided to understand the product’s texture and fit (gauge, weight)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not provide cash or credit card refund policy. Once you purchased, we do not offer cash or credit card refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return: Item is damaged/faulty
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a product that is damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take a picture and send it to us via email email@example.com. Please state here if you want to exchange it for the same item or return and receive a refund.
- Once we receive your email, we will send you confirmation with a pre-paid posting label.
- You can print this label and send the product back to us. Please keep the tracking number and send to us firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once your refund is approved, we will inform you. Please be advised that refund will automatically be applied to your then your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take several days.
Exchange sizes / items not fitted :
If you want to exchange our product due to the sizes or style not fitting, you can return it to us within 14 days. However we won’t able to provide cash refund . It is only limited to exchange sizes for once or store credit if the style not fitted .
- Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers can return to locations in US, EU (Schengen area) and Switzerland only.
- Custom tax may apply, depending on your countries’ location.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please follow below steps:
- To complete an exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
- Once we receive your email, and we will send you confirmation of the the product exchange and the return address
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Keep the tracking number and send it to us via email.
- We will send you a confirmation once we receive your product and start your return.
- You will get our tracking number once we send it out. You should receive the new product or gift card values within 15 days of receiving your return, with no extra cost.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
