RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 


 

Before You Order – A Sustainability Note

 


We encourage conscious purchasing to help reduce unnecessary returns and environmental impact. Before placing your order, we recommend:

 

  • Comparing your measurements with our Size Guide

  • Reviewing all product images and videos using the zoom function to understand texture and knitting style

  • Reading the full product description and details

  • Reviewing technical parameters such as gauge and weight to better understand the fit and feel of the garment

 


This helps ensure the product meets your expectations and supports more sustainable shopping practices.

 


 

 

Returns (General Policy)

 


Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your item.


A return is only considered valid once the returned item has been received by us.


If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept a return, exchange, or refund.


Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may be refused or only partially credited.


Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.


We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


All sales are considered final unless approved under this return policy.

 


 

 

Refund Options for Non-Fault Returns

 


For approved returns made within 14 days and meeting our return conditions, customers may choose one of the following options:


 

Option 1: Refund to Original Payment Method

 

 

  • A restocking and handling fee of 5–10% of the item value will be deducted

  • The restocking fee is capped at a maximum of CHF 20

  • Original outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

 


This fee covers manual inspection, steaming/ironing, cleaning, folding, repackaging, warehouse handling, and payment processing costs required to return garments to saleable condition.


 

Option 2: Store Credit (No Fee)

 

 

  • Receive full store credit for the returned item value

  • No restocking or handling fee applies

  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase and does not expire

 

 


 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 


We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Email clear photos of the issue to info@bellemereny.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Please state whether you would like:

     

    • a replacement of the same item, or

    • a return and refund

     

  3. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  4. Please keep and share the tracking number with us

 


Once the return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

 


 

 

Exchanges (Size or Fit Issues)

 


If you wish to exchange an item due to size or fit issues, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.


Please note:

 

  • We do not offer cash refunds for size or fit issues

  • Exchanges are limited to one size exchange per order or store credit

  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

 


 

Exchange Process

 

 

  1. Email info@bellemereny.com with your order number and exchange request

  2. Once approved, we will confirm the exchange and provide the return address

  3. Use a trackable shipping service and email us the tracking number

  4. Once the item is received, we will process the exchange or issue store credit

  5. Replacement items or store credit will be issued within 15 days of receiving the return

 


Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 


 

 

Return Address

 


Return addresses are assigned by us based on customer location and will be provided after return approval.

 

  • Returns from Europe (EU / Schengen area) are processed through our Swiss return facility

  • Returns from the United States are processed through our U.S. return facility

 


Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

 

Partial Store Credit

 


Partial store credit may be issued in the following cases:

 

  • Items not returned in original condition

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Items returned outside the 14-day return period

 

 


 

 

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

 


If you have not received a refund:

 

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

 


Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 


 

 

Gifts

 

 

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit will be issued once the return is received

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the store credit will be issued to the original purchaser
